Experience, perseverance and effort have allowed them to achieve a high-quality product that today, in one of the most modern facilities in Europe located in Palas de Rey, Lugo, currently in its fourth generation, produces 14 million dozen eggs a year, 75% of which are traditionally reared; 16% are free range and organic eggs and 10% are specialties and egg products, mainly whole pasteurized liquid eggs, egg whites and yolks separately.

Today, Granja Campomayor has grown to the point of producing one million eggs a day and continues to work with the same philosophy of a job well done and caring for the little things that make Granja Campomayor a growing company that never loses its origins.

Over the last two years, Campomayor has worked intensively with prestigious research centers such as CSIC, AINIA, USC… to develop new processes and ingredients that allow the use of eggs for the development of new healthy products.

Based on a patent developed by the CSIC, Campomayor has been working intensively with the support of the CDTI, to be able to use eggs as a new raw material to develop a whole new range of products that until now was not possible due to the characteristics of eggs and existing technologies.

It currently has a wide portfolio of traditional egg products and is expanding its portfolio of innovative products every day, either under its Campomayor brand or by creating new brands in different sales channels.
