We are a small team of scientists specialising in the determination of the three-dimensional structure of proteins and macromolecular complexes, used in rational drug design and the elucidation of new molecular mechanisms. Our cryo-EM services range from sample preparation, data acquisition and processing to model building. TEMPoS also offers other customised MS services, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
